Thank you for shopping at Flexer. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Peshawar and surrounding areas: 1-2 business days
Rest of Pakistan: 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders within Pakistan. Our courier partner will contact you prior to delivery to confirm your availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.

Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Flexer is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing (for any future international orders), natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Flexer is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.
